Account Guidelines
- You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- Each person may create only one account. Duplicate accounts will be removed.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to register.
Prohibited Activities
Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
- Placing fake or fraudulent orders with no intention to pay or receive goods.
- Using the platform to waste time, spam, or disrupt services for other users.
- Submitting false payment confirmations or fake transaction references (UTR).
- Attempting to exploit discounts, referrals, or wholesale pricing through deception.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing staff, delivery partners, or other customers.
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform.
Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to product availability and price accuracy verification.
- Payment must be completed promptly. Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically.
- Repeated order cancellations or returns without valid reason may lead to restrictions.
- Cash on Delivery is available only in eligible pin codes as determined by the admin.
Placing orders just to pass time or with no genuine purchase intent is strictly prohibited and will result in account blocking.
Wholesale Accounts
- Wholesale accounts require admin approval before access is granted.
- Business name, Tax ID, and address must be valid and verifiable.
- Wholesale pricing is reserved for legitimate bulk buyers only.
- Misrepresenting your business for wholesale pricing will result in permanent ban.
Privacy & Data
- We collect your name, email, phone, and address solely to process your orders.
- Your personal data is never sold to third parties.
- Payment information is processed securely through Razorpay and UPI — we do not store card or bank details.
- You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting support.
- We use cookies only for authentication and essential site functionality.
Enforcement
- Mount Made reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
- Decisions regarding account suspension are at the sole discretion of the admin.
- These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use implies acceptance.
